Each customer spends on average about 60-90 minutes in a hair salon: how to turn this time into an opportunity to increase revenue for the salon and sales for the brand, while creating value for the final customer?

Our Solution

With the shopper marketing project ‘Experience Beauty’, we proposed to Revlon an absolutely new Shop in Shop concept for a vertical and extremely traditional channel such as the one of hairdressing salons.
The shop layout, the shop window, the product presentation and the relationship with the staff give life to a new customer experience, which impacts up to +20% on the salon’s profit and the results of selling out products for their home use.
