MAM Baby’s challenge was to grow their brand awareness among Millennial Mums: the most digital mums ever!

Of course with a stellar digital strategy able to reach them at the earliest possible stage of maternity, to guide them through this important moment of life and to keep them as loyal and satisfied MAM shoppers.
Social Media became a huge component of this strategy in terms of diversity and creativity in use. We boosted Facebook fan base growth to +120% in one year by adding a smart use of paid adv opportunities to a brilliant content strategy. We created an Instagram account that reached over 15k followers in only few months. And what more? Apps, loyalty initiatives, on line contests and a strong connection with the moment of purchase.
